What a Senior Manager Product Mongolia, does at Visa:
The Senior Manager, Product - Mongolia will report to Head of Product, Korea & Mongolia and Country Manager, Mongolia.
Lead development of the Mongolia consumer & digital solutions product strategy including but not limited to consumer value proposition, digital product adoption, product value added services, product rules, pricing, infrastructure capabilities and thought leadership materialsLead and manage development of market insights and product intelligence for MongoliaIdentify and assess opportunities to drive Visa’s digital solutions such as agentic commerce, stablecoins and X Pays and develop the best solutioning for clientsDrive the growth of Core product portfolios (Consumer Credit, Debit) with emphasis on Affluent, mass and Millennials segments.Lead as a subject matter expert in overall product/ portfolio strategy including new product development, digital product adoption and management, cardholder loyalty, and cross-border spending to ensure timely delivery of ideas and recommendations to internal and external stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships with issuers and partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction with product platform and project implementation which ultimately leads to new issuance mandates as well as net increase in number of credentialsLead development of Go-To-Market plans for Visa’s various consumer / digital related capabilities to clients in MongoliaWork closely with Global/Market Support Center Product Teams to develop new value propositions for prioritized consumer segmentsWork closely with Sales and functional teams on key strategic initiatives that drive growth of consumer portfolios and revenuesWhy this is important to Visa
The Senior Manager, Product Mongolia role is critical to growing the Mongolia’s core business and ultimately execution of strategic priorities. The role has a positive impact on our market business, our stakeholders and the larger Visa community. We need the expertise to collaborate with the Sales team and other key functions to drive business objectives effectively.
What you will need:
• Bachelor degree with at least 10+ years of payments industry and progressively responsible business experience
• Extensive experience in solutioning and deploying digital solutions
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in designing, developing and launching new card / payments products
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills with a keen eye for data extraction, manipulation and insight development with limited data
• Be a leader, self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to influence and communicate effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
What will also help:
• Preferably work experience in digital/retail banking, multinational companies, consulting or fintech with a proven track record of executing projects for high-performing cross-functional teams and navigating through complicated organizational structure
• Advanced knowledge about the Mongolia payments landscape, emerging players, business models, and trends
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Comfortable in working independently while managing competing priorities to achieve desired end state
