About this role
• Reach out to clients to pre-affirm deals and fully sign the derivatives legal contracts • Resolution of disputes for Credit and Interest Rate derivative trades • Proactive ownership of problem solving for clients – own end-to-end issue resolution • Ensure timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved • Escalating issues in a timely manner by building a culture of transparency and open, honest & clear communication • Creation of your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with (Counterparties / Front Office / Middle Office / Legal / Drafting), partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently
