About this role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead our recruiting efforts. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will supervise the full lifecycle recruiting process for Chimes DC. In addition to managing their own portfolio of open requisitions, this role will provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring alignment with the company’s hiring goals and culture.
