Integration and Configuration
Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and REST and SOAP APIsTroubleshoot integration issues and ensure successful execution of scheduled and event-driven integrationsConfigure Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and TalentManage the integration lifecycle in accordance with SDLC standards and best practicesFunctional and Business Support
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and configure the Workday platformProvide support for Workday bi-annual releases including feature impact assessments, configuration updates, and regression testingDeliver training, user support, and documentation for business usersPartner with application and configuration item owners to ensure CMDB accuracy and complianceReporting and Analysis
Develop custom and advanced Workday reports using RaaS, calculated fields, and PRISMInterpret complex data into actionable business insights and management-level reportingMonitor system health and proactively identify anomalies or inefficienciesIT Operations and Governance
Partner with infrastructure teams on patching, vulnerability remediation, and operational complianceMaintain configuration items in the CMDB and ensure data integrity and accurate documentationSupport IAM and data privacy policies across Workday and related systemsGovernance, Risk and Compliance
Participate in internal audits and ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem ManagementComplete application risk assessments and support security and privacy documentationCoordinate with vendors and Operational Resiliency teams for disaster recovery planning and service impact assessmentsExecute tasks as per IAM procedures including user access reviews and entitlements managementManage patching and remediation plans in collaboration with infrastructure and security teamsReport and manage non-compliance situations and support audit issue resolution and trackingThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
5 plus years of experience with Workday, including both integration development and functional configuration
Hands-on experience with EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, REST and SOAP APIs, and Workday Reporting tools
Strong understanding of IT operations, GRC practices, and SDLC methodology
Familiarity with configuration management, CMDB tools, and ITIL processes
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Workday certification in Integration, HCM, or Reporting
Experience working in a global, enterprise-scale HRIS or IT environment
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and risk management practices
Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, Qualys, and data privacy platforms
