About this role
It will be the Dispatchers responsibility to dispatch service work and coordinate field technicians for the area in which they are assigned within the CUC Regulated business. Review and close necessary documentation in alignment with daily service work performed. Clear and concise communications with supervisors, employees, and customers regarding scheduling and emergencies.
