Responsible for advanced preparation and execution of all food items. This is a trained professional cook with 3-5 years combined culinary education/experience required. The Double Eagle (at the Chautauqua Golf Club) features light fare, snacks, and a full-service bar at the outdoor covered patio. Seasonal employment (summer).
