About this role
Job Summary The production worker III position is directly managed by the production supervisor by way of performance reviews, base merit activity and goal related/outcome related performance bonus measurements and rewards. This position is indirectly guided and led by the line coordinator by way of day in/ day out work load activity. Basic activity related to daily work load consists of: Salami preparation and stuffing. Set up, break down and inspection of machines. Operating various types of equipment in Salami making process –Tipper Tie, Finemundo (Chop line), Secchi linker, and Stuffer machines, hand stuffing, hand tying and hanging salami.
