About this role
In Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) we are seeking an Interviewer/Screener to support high-volume recruiting to support our growth initiatives. This position will be a key partner within the Talent Management team, tasked with conducting a high volume of Zoom-based screening interviews for candidates who have already applied, with a focus on assessing cultural fit and required qualifications for various fundraising and advancement positions, ranging from entry-level to director-level positions. This is a term role expected to last 6–12 months.
