C & B Operations is seeking a Regional Service Manager based out of Northeast Montana to lead Service teams across multiple John Deere dealership locations - Miles City, Glasgow, Plentywood, Glendive, Circle, and Culbertson. This role is responsible for driving service profitability, improving customer satisfaction, and strengthening overall service performance across the region. You will lead people, processes, and performance—ensuring service departments are operating efficiently, consistently, and profitably while developing strong, engaged teams.
