C & B Operations with 38 John Deere dealerships across 6 states is searching for an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our corporate leadership team in Sioux Falls, SD. This role will manage a team as well as oversee all HR areas including employee relations, benefits, performance management and safety. Candidate will be available to work onsite and travel to locations as needed.
