About this role
The supervisor will work closely with the department manager to oversee the daily activities necessary to achieve our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). They will supervise a team consisting of hourly team members on the afternoon shift. They provide day-to-day work direction for the team, focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions.
