About this role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of Max Platform experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong UX, UI, and interaction design craft with a practical understanding of how design improves product adoption, customer workflows, and business outcomes. You will design for a complex industrial software platform used across customer-facing applications, administrative workflows, data-rich interfaces, and operational tools. The work requires the ability to move from ambiguous product needs and technical constraints into clear workflows, intuitive interfaces, prototypes, and production-ready design specifications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, domain experts, and customer-facing teams to create high-quality platform experiences, refine designs based on user and business feedback, and help establish reusable patterns that make Max Platform easier to use, scale, and extend.
