Provides administrative and clerical support with a primary focus on facility access control and security operations. Responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identities, managing visitor access and logs, and issuing badges or passes. Maintains accurate security and visitor records, coordinates with security personnel, and monitors surveillance systems for unusual activity. Supports emergency response efforts, enforces facility safety and security policies, and performs general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing schedules, maintaining files, and assisting with procurement while ensuring a secure environment.
