Michael Baker International is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Highway/Roadway Design to lead the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects across New Jersey and the Philadelphia region. This role includes overseeing roadway design and plan development, with expertise in roadway geometry, ADA compliance, roadside safety, utilities, traffic control, site development, contract documents, cost analyses, stakeholder coordination, and proposal support. Ideal candidates have experience working with agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, NJTPA, and PANYNJ, with PennDOT and/or City of Philadelphia experience considered a plus.
