About this role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for front-line leadership in day-to-day operations of a designated production team including safety, quality, and production. Directly manage and coordinate the activities of production workers and will be responsible for all facets of shift operation. Ensure that the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met and will maintain a focus on safety and continuous process improvement. Fostering Teamwork, Managing Change, Managing Performance, Attention to Communication, Demonstrated Leadership experience, Ability to make decisions independently.
