- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Solution Advisory team across EMEA, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus. - Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and support successful deal closure. - Engage with executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and articulate the value of AI-powered contract intelligence solutions. - Serve as a trusted advisor in strategic sales cycles, providing solution expertise and executive-level presentations. - Lead solution design, proof-of-concept initiatives, and impactful demonstrations that clearly showcase business outcomes. - Drive innovation by leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to differentiate solutions in the market. - Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, partners, and system integrators to influence product strategy and go-to-market success. - Establish and monitor key performance metrics, continuously optimizing presales processes, effectiveness, and win rates.
