About this role
As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the customer experience by addressing complex customer inquiries and ensuring seamless order processing. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with various internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis on a Hybrid work schedule.
