About this role
The Health Promotion Peer Navigator is responsible for ensuring high-risk HIV negative individuals access programs and services, which can help them remain negative. He/She will participate in project activities with target populations as applicable (i.e. Young Men who Have Sex with Men -YMSM) in high risk areas. This includes online and face-to-face outreach, condom distribution, and assistance with linkage of individuals who have positive STI results. This position requires close collaboration with other health center staff/departments, as well as participation in other promotional/educational activities as assigned.
