About this role
The iRAM is responsible for qualifying and advancing approved deals by validating customer requirements, project scope, budget status, and timelines. The role works with customers to confirm business needs, identify key contacts (decision makers, sponsors, and budget owners), and uncover opportunities to expand the proposed solution. The iRAM supports partner account managers with deal insights and ongoing follow-up, helping ensure deals remain active, reducing the risk of stalled opportunities, improving pipeline quality and forecast accuracy, increasing deal conversion through closure, and ensuring customer and opportunity records are accurately maintained in CRM systems
