About this role
Position Overview: The Client Onboarding Specialist supports the onboarding of new clients by ensuring proper customer due diligence (CDD), maintaining accurate client data, and following internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also includes supporting and guiding associates to improve service delivery. This role requires: • Proactive and professional management of client queries and outreach • Close coordination with onshore colleagues • Consistent adherence to client onboarding and compliance policies and procedures • Coaching, mentoring, and guiding team members
