About this role
The Sales Keyholder is responsible for providing front-line contact with the customer, while assisting in achieving the store’s planned sales goals. The Sales Keyholder ensures a positive shopping experience for the customer by determining and meeting customer needs. Sales Keyholder will receive in-store training in appliance and furniture sales and will have full commission earnings potential as well as opportunities for career advancement. In the absence of the Store Director and Operations Manager the Sales Keyholder will assume Manager-On-Duty responsibilities.
