Role Overview: The Pre-Sales Specialist will support the sales process for digital banking solutions, focusing on Digital Banking channels . This role involves responding to RFPs/RFIs , setting up demo environments, and delivering compelling customer presentations and product demonstrations across multiple regions. The candidate will work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to articulate the value proposition and ensure technical and functional alignment with client requirements. Key Responsibilities: RFP/RFI Management: Analyze and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) for digital banking solutions. Collaborate with product and solution teams to prepare accurate, customized responses. Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines. Demo Environment Setup: Configure and maintain demo environments for Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. Prepare datasets and scenarios to showcase product capabilities effectively. Ensure environments are updated with the latest features and functionalities. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize demo setups. Create reusable demo templates and scripts for faster turnaround. Customer Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Highlight key differentiators, business benefits, and technical capabilities. Address client queries and provide tailored solutions during demos. Solution Consulting: Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities. Provide functional and technical expertise during pre-sales engagements. Support sales teams in crafting winning proposals and solution strategies. Cross-Regional Support: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery. Adapt presentations and demos to meet local regulatory and market requirements. Collaboration & Documentation: Work with product management to stay updated on new features and roadmap. Maintain a repository of reusable RFP/RFI responses and demo scripts. Provide feedback from client interactions to improve product offerings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Commerce or related field. Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting for digital banking solutions. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. Familiarity with API integrations, security standards, and digital channels. Functional Skills: Strong understanding of retail and corporate banking processes. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with leading digital banking platforms. Exposure to cloud-based banking solutions. Knowledge of regional banking regulations and compliance requirements.
