Job Description : About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our product team and lead the design of intuitive, scalable interfaces for our suite of HR automation applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing enterprise tools such as payroll, onboarding, performance management, or time tracking systems. You will play a critical role in transforming complex HR workflows into simple, elegant digital experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences for HR automation platforms, including modules for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee management. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and HR domain experts to understand business goals and user needs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and validate designs. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch. Translate HR compliance requirements into intuitive design solutions. Ensure consistency through adherence to design systems and contribute to their evolution. Analyze product usage data to inform iterative improvements. Balance the needs of HR professionals, employees, and administrators to create inclusive, accessible experiences. Qualifications 5+ years of professional UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing enterprise or B2B applications. Strong experience designing for HR or related systems (e.g., ATS, payroll, benefits, or employee engagement tools). Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design. Experience conducting and synthesizing user research. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS platforms. Understanding of HR industry trends and compliance considerations. Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams.
