Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and statistical models Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions Design experiments to interrogate and extract insights from large datasets Host models and convert them into APIs for scalable deployment Apply predictive modeling to optimize customer experience, revenue, and targeting Promote Explainable and Responsible AI practices Conduct research and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts Identify opportunities to reuse insights, datasets, and models across functions Stay curious and enthusiastic about solving problems with algorithms Embrace a fast-paced, experimental mindset: Move fast, break things, learn, make history Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6.5+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python and SQL Deep understanding of statistical techniques: regression, distributions, hypothesis testing Experience with machine learning algorithms: regression, simulation, clustering, decision trees, neural networks Ability to host models and make them API-convertible Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Attributes: Passion for innovation and continuous learning Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
