This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview • Part-time (2-3 days per week) within Monday - Friday • No nights or weekends • Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations • Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications • Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns • Provide brief interventions and behavioral management • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings • Coverage area includes Huntington and Charleston and Morgantown, WV (virtual) Compensation and Benefits • Eligible for 401k • Competitive compensation package Qualifications • Active, unrestricted West Virginia license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C • Active DEA or willingness to obtain • New grads accepted • Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
