New Business Sales in Industrial Manufacturing, Automobile and Aerospace/Defense Senior Manager – Client Services Remote within USA - Work from anywhere Business Travel is required. The Client Services Account Manager is responsible for client interfaces within an account or group of accounts and is responsible for new account openings. They work closely with the new account CSG, MCO’s and account team and are responsible for opening the new logo’s business growth and client management. We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate who is passionate and understands the Digital BPM Services & Technology landscape/trends. As part of our MFG segment business, you will play a key role in helping open new accounts /logo’s building and cultivating relationships and farming opportunities within existing accounts. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high-quality solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Responsibilities Responsible for opening new accounts /Logos for BPM Services Work closely with IL & BPM CSG leadership, Account Manager’s to create an account plan, business development focused POV’s working with Sales and Solutions leads Farming of designated Accounts Attracting new clients by innovating and leading the Sales conversations process for the business Taking ownership on working on Client POV’s for F&A, Supply chain, Procurement, HRO working with Sales & Solutions leads customized for client requirements Working with senior Sales & CSG leaders to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to their problems Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience. If a master’s degree has been completed, then a minimum of 11 years’ experience related to the job description is required Preferred Qualifications Consultative selling Upsell/Cross sell Strong client presentation & communication skills Relationship Management Networking skills with reach out focus. Independently navigate through the systems, processes and technology understanding. Forthcoming in bringing new ideas / innovative ways of working. Strong governance orientation Go getter and always willing to learn, collaborate with cross functional teams Proposal making skills. Note: 1. Work Model: This role is a remote role within the US, with the option to work from home or local office when not at a client site. This role requires business travel to be onsite at the client’s office, as necessary.
