BAE Systems, one of the world's leading defense contractors, is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Lead Engineer for our Combat Missions manufacturing site in Aiken, South Carolina. This position will lead a team as well as actively engage in CNC manufacturing engineering work. In this role, you will: Support combat vehicle production focusing on CNC programming and process development. Support and work with a diverse group of talented professionals in a fast paced, challenging environment - learning and growing as you participate in the mission to support our Armed Forces who protect our nation. Provide production floor support, review and implement engineering design changes, develop manufacturing processes, and write CNC programs using Siemens NX and Mastercam. Provide key input into Capital Project Implementations and act as a Project Leader during equipment installations. This shift is Monday thru Thursday Day shift
