In this Product Line IT Lead opportunity, you will make impact in the following ways; Assist the IT & Security Business Partner with creating IT product roadmaps that meet both immediate and future product line needs Direct and synchronize every IT activity within the Product Line —including project delivery, operations & maintenance (O&M), and break/fix support—to ensure seamless, reliable, and mission aligned technology services Oversee and mentor product line Systems Administrators, delivering strategic direction, performance management, and day-to-day guidance to ensure the team meets operational and business objectives Deliver first line technical guidance to product line Systems Administrators, handling escalated incidents, troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of all line specific environments Promote inventive problem-solving, high-performance standards, and ongoing improvement to deliver cost effective, reliable solutions Provide IT expertise while collaborating with the IT & Security Business Partner and other PL leads on all IT related budget matters, encompassing capital forecasting requests and ensuring staffing levels remain appropriate Recruit, nurture, and retain high-performing, diverse talent that fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and mission driven innovation
