Be a subject matter expert on the design, operation and maintenance of the M777A2 Towed Howitzer system act as the on-site engineering point of contact for all technical issues raised by the USG. Manage the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) to identify, document, analyse and track the resolution of all significant failures and malfunctions. A failure will be deemed as significant if it results in a deadlining deficiency, repetitive unscheduled maintenance demands, safety, long lead times, or excessive costs. provide a summary of all FRACAS activities on a monthly basis. This will show each item, the priority, and the current status IAW DI-MISC-80508B. Manage the day to day activities of the FSRs, TSRs and Maintenance personnel (if applicable), which will include assignment of priority activities, performance oversight and authorisation of travel in conjunction with USG process within the Management Information System (MIS). Participate in Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings in order to satisfy all requirements of this contract Ensure the FSRs/TSRs are adequately trained and capable of meeting all the requirements in this SoW. Training records should be maintained throughout the contract period of performance as evidence of this. Coordinate and develop training material Field Service Representatives nad maintainers. Liason closely with Picatinny Arsenal and Weapon Systems UK.
