About this role
We are recruiting for a Service Resolution/Service Solutions Facilitator (Children’s Mental Health & Developmental Services and Adult Developmental Services) This is a regular full-time position (35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to meet service needs) based at 737 Woolwich St, Guelph with travel as required.
