About this role
The People team is responsible for all human resources functions, including attracting, developing, supporting, and retaining a team of passionate employees who share our company values. People Interns will participate in a full recruitment and onboarding cycle for new event staff team members and will experience various other HR initiatives such as HR systems administration, payroll, and other employee engagement activities. The People Interns will also support large scale staff scheduling, including availability updates, time-off requests, deployment changes, and maintaining staffing levels for events, as well as, assisting with the distribution and organization of uniforms for our part-time staff.
