About this role
The Technical Apprentice will be responsible for the successful completion of his / her apprenticeship in a fixed timeframe and to prepare for a future career in his / her field of expertise.

• Support the deployment and follow-up of the training plan for France and Belgium
• Coordinate training activities with the external training provider
• Support the monthly onboarding process for France
• Plan internal training sessions and follow up on related invoices
• Maintain training databases, reporting tools and documentation
• Support OPCO requests and follow-up for French legal entities

• Currently preparing a Master’s degree in Human Resources
• Strong sense of service and willingness to learn
• Organized, rigorous and structured way of working
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Alternance rhythm allowing regular weekly presence in the company
• Previous HR/training experience, Excel skills and English are a plus
