Community Habilitation Specialist - located throughout Erie County Looking for flexibility and the ability to make your own schedule. Full Time - days, 37.50 hours per week Valid New York State Driver’s License in good standing and use of personal vehicle for transporting individuals receiving services. Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle. As a Community Habilitation Specialist, you will work directly with individuals with developmental/learning disabilities, providing services to the people we support so they can live independently and thrive in their communities.
