About this role
It is the responsibility of a bar prep to assist the bar team in their daily operations to ensure the bar operates smoothly. This includes, but not limited to, assisting with opening and closing duties, cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked and taking on other duties to support the Bar team. Bar prep are knowledgeable about our menu items, attentive, and focused on providing extraordinary server pin a fast-paced environment.
