This role works cross-functionally to develop complex negotiation and procurement strategies with suppliers on complex government contracts over the TINA threshold. This role communicates within and outside the organization to influence new ideas, approaches and concepts. Develops and recommends tactics and strategies that directly impact the achievement of overall business or functional results.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">General work scope includes responsibility for managing large complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization. Multiple Government procurements in support of multiple Government Programs, with a key focus on highly visible/complex suppliers. Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products. Explains, interprets, communicates and achieves cooperation on policies, procedures and practices with internal and external customers. Provides guidance and assistance to other employees. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related subcontracts experience.
