As an active member of the Software Engineering department at L3Harris MAS, you are responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and network equipment, for both our external clients and our internal System Integration Labs and Software Engineering Environment. This includes experience with setting up and maintaining server hardware and software, ensuring network stability, overseeing data center operations, implementing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), managing security protocols, and developing backup strategies to ensure business continuity and rapid disaster recovery;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Strong knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards (e.g., Ethernet, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP): The candidate should be well versed in the design, configuration, and management of network infrastructures.
