The primary emphasis is on <strong>3GPP MCX (Mission Critical Services)</strong> solutions and supporting knowledge of <strong>Land Mobile Radio (LMR)</strong> technologies, e.g. Tetra, DMR. This role is responsible for driving strategic business development activities across assigned European markets, building strong customer and partner relationships, and expanding L3Harris market presence in mission-critical communications. This role works closely with the European account management salesforce to develop and close business.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the <strong>Land Mobile Radio (LMR)</strong> market, a solid understanding of regional public safety and professional communications environments, and the ability to identify and develop effective in-country support models through <strong>Consultants, Dealers, and Representatives (CDRs)</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned to business objectives and market priorities.</span></li> <li partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and develop <strong>country- or market-specific CDRs (Consultants, Dealers, Representatives)</strong> to provide localized support, market access, and sales expertise within their respective regions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate and expand indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems to improve regional coverage and customer engagement.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support capture planning, opportunity shaping, and partner teaming strategies for targeted pursuits.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support development of business cases, value propositions, presentations, and go-to-market materials tailored to specific countries and customer segments</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer requirements, competitive insights, and regulatory considerations to internal stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, solutions engineering, and leadership teams to align offerings with regional market needs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Represent L3Harris at customer meetings, trade events, demonstrations, and industry engagements throughout Europe and, as required, in the United States.</span></li> <li sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated experience in <strong>business development, sales, channel development, or market expansion</strong> within the <strong>Land Mobile Radio (LMR)</strong> market.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of the <strong>public safety and professional communications</strong> landscape in Europe.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience working with or selling through channel partners, distributors, dealers, consultants, or representatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven ability to identify, recruit, and develop <strong>localized CDR networks</strong> to support regional business growth.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong commercial, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work independently across multiple countries and cultures in a matrixed, <strong>Tetra</strong> systems and standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience as a LMR end user is preferred. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience supporting mission-critical communications solutions for government, public safety, transportation, utility, or industrial customers.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of European procurement environments, regulatory frameworks, and country-specific market dynamics.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span
