Reporting directly to the Operations Site Lead the Industrial Engineer is a key part of the bridge between management and production, devising systems that integrate workers, machines, and material to deliver finished products to the customer.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to streamline operations.</li> <li>Conduct time and motion studies, staff surveys, and observations to establish labor standards and metrics.</li> <li>Develop facility layouts and material handling system using software like AutoCAD and production simulation tools.</li> <li>Design workstations that prioritize worker safety, comfort, and human-technology interaction.</li> <li>Implement methodologies; Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and maintain quality control.</li> <li>10% travel may be incurred.<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>CAD design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) simulation modeling and data analytics.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills rooted in mathematics, probability, and statistics.</li> <li>Experience with Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and supply chain management concepts.</li> <li>Excellent project management, cross- departmental communication, and leadership capabilities.</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors or Advance Degree in Engineering discipline.</li> <li>Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.</li> <li>Proficiency and ability to query ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft).</li> <li>Tableau, MATLAB or equivalent statistical analysis software.</li> </ul> <p>In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $105,500-196,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
