This Ground Systems Controller Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for supervising and reporting concerning the hardware installation and maintenance, technical support, software upgrade and configuration management for several Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Data Communications (DATACOM) systems supporting WSOC missions. The local WSOC Technical Support Engineer (TSE) serves as a status and event liaison to the SME. The SME is also responsible for the interpretation of contract work statement duties concerning the planning, coordination, and management of facility modifications. The SME Is responsible for delivering a monthly report representing all sites.
