The role delivers direct program support for tool implementations, change control activities, customer deliverables, baseline review support, and cost and schedule integration within an Earned Value Management environment, as well as major replanning efforts including OTB/OTS actions, formal internal reprogramming, and other schedule recovery initiatives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">The individual in this role develops, maintains, and analyzes complex integrated program schedules, including resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value-related schedule analysis. This position supports programs in building executable plans, integrating inputs across functional and program teams, and improving schedule quality, transparency, and performance.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">This role also supports the continued refinement and standardization of program planning and scheduling processes, tools, and reporting methods to strengthen enterprise-wide planning consistency and resource management visibility. The individual will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide targeted planning and scheduling support for high-priority program needs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;background-color:white;color:black"><strong>Essential Functions: </strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS) using program requirements, including SOW, WBS, and related planning inputs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Perform schedule analysis including critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, network logic validation, baseline maintenance, and schedule health metric assessment such as BEI, CPLI, and SPI.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Identify schedule issues, logic conflicts, and performance variances;
