The role provides direct program support for schedule development and maintenance, change control activities, customer deliverables, baseline review support, and cost and schedule integration within an Earned Value Management environment, as well as support for replanning and schedule recovery efforts. The individual in this role develops, maintains, and analyzes integrated program schedules, including resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value-related schedule analysis. This position supports programs in building executable plans, integrating inputs across functional and program teams, and improving schedule quality, transparency, and performance. This role also contributes to the refinement of program planning and scheduling processes, tools, and reporting methods to improve planning consistency and resource visibility across programs. The individual will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide planning and scheduling support for high-priority program needs.
