This role provides strategic and tactical leadership for day-to-day operations, develops team capability, and partners cross-functionally to achieve business objectives through Kaizen, Blitz and small continuous improvement initiatives. The shared services team is comprised of multiple work cell teams including Kit Verification and Manufacturing Set Up, SMT Assembly as well as Ruggedization and Specialty CCA Rework lab.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> </span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Essential Functions:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Establish goals and objectives for production teams with direct impact on short-term operational results and department performance</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Manage direct reports to ensure schedules for the product line(s) are achieved. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
