You will work closely with individual students to map out ambitious yet achievable university and career pathways, guiding them through the full application journey across multiple national systems. You will build strong working relationships with university admissions teams worldwide, keep pace with changing entry requirements, and act as a trusted advisor to both students and families throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with subject teachers, pastoral staff and school leadership to ensure guidance is joined up with each student's academic progress, and you will represent the school at
