About this role
As a Patient Care Representative (PCR), you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls for healthcare clients. Your responsibilities include scheduling and rescheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and providing support according to client protocols. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting patients, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is a remote position with opportunities for full-time schedules, and fluency in Spanish and English is required.
