<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Purpose</H2> </div><div>Provides technically complex engineering solutions in particularly challenging project environments in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Independently perform structural design and analysis and supervise structural engineers performing design and analysis.</li> <li>Create, review and approve technical engineering documents.</li> <li>Manage project design reviews and constructability reviews.</li> <li>Provide sound engineering advice on subsea structural analysis and design to ensure efficient and cost-effective fabrication, handling and subsea installation.</li> <li>Ensure technical compliance and quality as well as on‐time‐delivery of all responsible deliverables.</li> <li>Ability to mentor and manage a team of engineers & designers.</li> <li>Attend meetings with project teams and interface with clients and be able to provide engineering recommendations and solutions.</li> <li>Drives innovative solutions to optimize subsea structures and improve efficiency.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Demonstrated experience in supporting engineering for subsea projects constrained by safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.</li> <li>Travel to and attend site as required to guide, inspect or oversee fabrication of structural items.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">You are meant for this job if:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of experience in the field.</li> <li>Sound understanding of Engineering practices, design methods & calculations.</li> <li>Experience in mentoring, leading a team of engineers & delivering projects.</li> <li>Experience in structural steel design preferably in Offshore and Subsea field (Accordance with applicable industry code – DNV / ASME / API, etc.) and fatigue analysis.</li> <li>Experience in reviewing engineering designs, documents, layouts, calculations and interpreting FEA/ structural analysis results. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of engineering discipline and physical modeling techniques (solid mechanics, strength of material, fluid dynamics) is required.
