<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Position Summary</H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description</H2> </div><div></div></div></div><p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to rebuild cooling components for heavy equipment to include but not limited to radiators, oil coolers, charge air coolers, and other associated products.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>· Safety – conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to company policy and alerting others regarding potential concerns. Safety is # 1.</p> <p>· Adhere to all H-E Parts company policies and procedures</p> <p>· Must maintain a good attendance record and maintain the highest level of professional conduct.</p> <p>· Work as a team to assist with or teardown large and small components and assemblies</p> <p>· Clean and prep parts for inspection</p> <p>· Move components by operating overhead cranes, jib hoists and pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.</p> <p>· Prepare and secure parts for transportation throughout the shop area</p> <p>· Maintain a level of cleanliness throughout your work areas and the shop for good housekeeping and safety</p> <p>· Learn operation of part and pressure washers as well as paint and wash bay operations</p> <p>· Perform NDT testing</p> <p>· Required to fill out inspection documents completely, i.e.. Complete all inspection packet forms and upload all needed pictures to proper files for quotes and estimates</p> <p>· Read maintenance manuals and drawings.</p> <p>· Understanding of proper use and care of micrometers and other instruments used for inspection and teardown</p> <p>· Use material analyzer to detect coatings and identify parent material</p> <p>· Perform all process on sub-assemblies</p> <p>· Demonstrate an aptitude to learn and grow within the department and shop</p> <p>· Perform other duties as assigned</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>· A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.</p> <p>· At least two year mechanical work experience or equivalent education is preferred.</p> <p>· Ability to lift up to 50# is required.</p> <p>· Previous experience in heavy equipment repair; mechanical aptitude, and basic understanding of precision measuring tools preferred.</p> <div id="fortidlp-input-element-parent"></div>
