The role ensures seamless integration and performance of radio/voice/data networks, fleet management systems, SCADA/PLC platforms, HME telemetry, shaft and winder systems, tracking, ticketing, and the minimum data & reporting layer required to support safe and efficient mining operations. This is not a first‑level support role. The incumbent orchestrates incidents, problems, changes, and system evolution across OT, DT, Engineering, and vendors, translating operational demands into robust, compliant technical solutions while minimizing operational risk and cost. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Safety <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Deliver the Safety Management Plan elements in a compliant manner for areas under control.</li> <li Roman', serif">Participate in audits, reviews, and statutory inspections.</li> </ul> ROLE REQUIREMENTS Education & Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication, or related) with 3–5 years relevant experience, OR</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience (per LI 2182 Reg. 51 & 54).</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Digital Transformation is an added advantage.</li> </ul> Experience <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Minimum of 3 years in
