Special focus and accountability is given on the sustainability innovation roadmap. The role requires close links with customers and other stakeholders like sales, marketing, machine manufacturers, raw material suppliers, etc. in order to generate and deliver profitable growth through new product implementation, especially recyclable products, customer support, trouble shooting and product improvements.. Job Dimensions & Scope The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for supporting the execution of product development programs in-line with the strategic business needs, by overseeing R&D efforts in one of the market segments for flexible packaging. It requires potentially 30% of travelling, within Europe and possible international travels. You will report to the Product Development Manager.
