<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team! </span></p><p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">The Project Coordinator will support the execution of Corrosion Control projects focused on corrosion protection, inspection and testing services, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Typical projects may include Cathodic Protection Design, AC Mitigation Design, and Regulatory/Inspection Services.</p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and supporting technical project teams in a collaborative environment. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project execution, tracking schedules and costs, and helping ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and client style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Develop and maintain project schedules and staffing plans throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Coordinate with Equipment and Procurement teams to secure vehicles, tools, and equipment needed for project execution.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assist with project cost tracking and reporting activities.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Coordinate with Accounting and Project Managers to gather and maintain accurate project cost information.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Track project schedule and cost performance for use in status reporting.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Maintain consistency in project reporting across service areas.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support project reporting efforts utilizing Earned Value Management principles.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assist with project closeout activities and lessons learned documentation.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support field project kickoffs and collaborate with field teams as needed to better understand project scope, operations, and client needs.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Manage smaller projects from initiation through closeout with support from Project Management leadership, including:</li> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="circle"> reporting, etc.)</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Client and internal status updates</li> <li sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in a related field.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2+ years of experience supporting or executing field-based project work preferred.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Interest in developing project management skills and experience.</span></li> <li understanding of integrity management and/or pipeline-related work scopes preferred.</span></li> <li Consulting offers a competitive compensation package. The actual starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your skills, experience, and office/market location.
