The team works very closely with all departments across the firm and with other LCC teams in Nomura globally to offer consistent advice and solutions in a rapidly changing and evolving regulatory environment. The EMEA Compliance Training team is responsible for ensuring LCC training is issued to the correct audience across EMEA (and sometimes cross border) to an agreed schedule and that that training is correctly tracked and logged.
